UHY Hacker Young is a top 20 accountancy organisation. Our mid-tier size means that every year we select just a small number of talented trainees to help our business grow. Because we recruit small numbers of graduates into each office we are as keen for you to succeed as you are.
The scheme is a mixture of on-the-job training and classroom based study and we will assign you a mentor and counselling partner to make sure everything’s going well and that you’re happy.
We look for a mixture of academic ability and commercial acumen; past academic success gives us an idea of your ability to study and pass exams and, typically, you’ll have 280 UCAS points and a 2;1 degree. At the same time we also have an eye out for the partners of the future and so you will be expected to sell yourself, show that you understand business and prove to us that you can build strong relationships.
